ORDERING : How do I make a purchase?

- You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your details, including the total amount, estimated delivery and payment instructions.
- *We strongly recommend that you opt for registered mail at an additional of $2.25
PAYMENT : What are the payment options available?
- Singapore - Interbank Transfer or Credit Card (via PayPal*)
- Overseas - Credit Card (via PayPal*)
Please note that Interbank Transfers will take ~ 3 working days to be credited in our account. Hence payment verification can only take place after the transaction is successful.
DELIVERY : When will your items be delivered?
Once you’ve placed an order and your payment’s been verified, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.
The delivery time frame is an estimate of when your items will be delivered to your shipping address. This include warehouse processing + carrier delivery times.
Once your item is prepared for shipment and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information (if applicable).
Estimated delivery
- Stock items : Within 7 working days upon receipt of payment
- Pre-order items : Between 14 to 30 working days depending on place of delivery.
In some circumstances, the pre-order item may become out of stock. If this happen, you will be informed and given option either for a full refund of amount paid for the item or use as credit for the next order.
