All prices are priced in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Order will be made once payment is done.
No refunds will be made unless item is out of stock.
All our goods are inspected & confirmed by us that there is no defects upon mailing out.
Items sold are non-refundable/returnable/exchangeable.
No cancellation of orders once confirmed.
Getzlink will not be liable for any loss of parcel via normal mail.
* Hence you're highly recommended to select "registered mail" which costs S$2.25

Returns & Exchanges
Buyer should accept slight colour differences in products
As there may have very slight colour differences or designs differences hence we will not offer exchanges for these differences.
To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the product must be returned unused and packaging intact. It must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that postage (including registered mail charges) will not be refunded.
We reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point of time without prior notice.
